Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits. One account may be used by your agency team under the Team Members feature.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Build websites that promote hate speech, violence, adult content, gambling, or illegal activities
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications via the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Collect payment information from end-users without proper PCI-DSS compliance
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload or input into the Service (business information, images, product descriptions, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and deliver it as part of operating the Service.

Generated websites: The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files generated by AiBuildPro are licensed to you for commercial use under the Template License Agreement. You may use them for client websites without restriction.

AiBuildPro platform: The AiBuildPro name, logo, branding, source code, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform itself.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Plan features and pricing are described on the Pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• You violate the Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity
• We receive a valid legal order requiring us to do so

On termination, your websites will no longer be served from our infrastructure. You may export your generated HTML files before cancellation.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that generated websites will rank well in search engines or achieve particular business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiBuildPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
