We want you to be happy with AiBuildPro. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we issue refunds for subscription payments.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with AiBuildPro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment. This applies to new accounts only — one refund per account.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address. No further explanation is required.
2. Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we will refund a pro-rated amount for the unused full months remaining on your subscription (current month is not refunded).
Example: if you cancel 3 months into a 12-month plan, you would receive a refund for 9 months.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable after the billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- One-time add-ons or services
- Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service
- Accounts that have already received a 7-day money-back refund
- Charges disputed via your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) — please contact us before initiating a chargeback
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Razorpay refunds are processed via Razorpay's refund gateway. Stripe refunds are processed via Stripe. We will confirm by email once the refund has been initiated.
6. How to cancel your subscription
Go to Billing in your dashboard and click Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
